Rental Terms and Agreement
TENT DELIVERY/SETUP
Tents will be delivered and setup one day prior to scheduled event and typically taken down 1 day after the event (depending on conflicts with holidays). Chairs and tables will be stacked inside the tent for deployment. Upon party completion, chairs and tables should be returned to the same configuration as delivered. Failure to break down and stack equipment will result in an additional $50 stacking fee.
DEPOSITS
A minimum deposit of 25% of your total amount is required at the time of reservation. This is non-refundable. Cancellation of an order will result in forfeiture of any deposit. Macomb Party Rental Services - LLC will try to accommodate the rescheduling of an event, provided the change occurs 30 days prior to original date and the new date is available.
RENTAL RATES
All charges are for a one-day usage rental period. Macomb Party Rental Services - LLC does offer extended rates. Prices are subject to change without notice. Balance of total amount is due upon delivery.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible to read and understand your contact. We suggest an adult be present for a delivery to specify where equipment is to be placed, contract signature, and payment of any balance owed. You will be responsible for the correct measurements and placement of the tent. Refunds will not be given for improper measurements. If your event is to take place at a park, marina, etc., it is your responsibility to obtain the permit and assume all charges for our entry and exit. For any reason of re-delivery to your event because of customer lack of responsibility or not present there will be an additional charge.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
You the customer are responsible for all equipment rented from the time of receipt until the time of return. Please be sure that all rented equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Equipment loss or damaged due to neglect or abuse will be charged for at its replacement cost.
WEATHER
Tents are temporary structures designed to handle most weather conditions; however, there may be situations that become unsafe. The structure should not be considered safe when severe weather is present or approaching or if a lightning storm is present. If severe weather is present or approaching, we recommend evacuation of the structure, and that all occupants seek shelter in an appropriate location until the storm, severe weather and/or warning has passed. If at any time you or your guests feel unsafe inside the structure for any reason, they should leave the structure immediately.
HOLD HARMLESS
Customer is responsible for all losses, damages and/ or injuries, to real property, persons or otherwise, claimed during or arising out of this rental agreement. Macomb Party Rental Services – LLC is not responsible for sprinkler lines, wires or anything underground. Area should be prepped 1-3 days prior to event (lawn mowed, trees trimmed, etc.).
EMERGENCY MAINTENACE
If at any time during your rental, you are in need of emergency maintenance (equipment issues), please do not attempt to remediate the issue yourself. Please call our emergency number at +1.586.422.1322
